Event Waiver & Liability Agreement

This Agreement and Waiver of Liability (the “Agreement”) is made between Unrestricted (the “Organizer”), and the undersigned participant and/or their legal guardian (the “Participant” and/or “Parent/Guardian”). By signing this document, the Participant and Parent/Guardian agree to the following terms:

1. Release of Liability

By signing this Agreement, the undersigned agrees that Unrestricted, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s involvement in the event, including any personal injury or property damage.

This release of liability applies to all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from any event-related activity, regardless of whether the injury, loss, or damage is caused by negligence, recklessness, or any other act of the Released Parties.

2. Parent/Guardian Consent (if applicable)

If the Participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), the undersigned has gotten their Parent/Guardian to purchase their ticket on their behalf and the Parent/Guardian consents to the minor’s participation in the event and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Parent/Guardian also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, or damages resulting from the minor’s participation in the event. Unrestricted is not held liable if a minor chooses not to make parents aware of attendance at an event and agreement to Waiver of Liability.

3. Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency, the undersigned grants permission for the Participant to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary by event staff or medical personnel. The undersigned also agrees to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Code of Conduct

The Participant agrees to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions set forth by the event organizers and staff. Failure to adhere to event guidelines may result in immediate removal from the event.

5. Photography and Media Release

By attending the event, the Participant agrees to allow Unrestricted to use photographs, video, or other media recordings of the Participant for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing below, the undersigned acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. The undersigned also confirms that they are the legal guardian of the minor Participant (if applicable) and have the legal authority to sign this Agreement on behalf of the minor.

7. Agreement of Release

The undersigned understands that participation in the event is voluntary, and by participating, they assume all responsibilities associated with such participation. Any contact information that is given through forms during the event is strictly voluntary and in agreement with the form’s privacy agreement.
