The Unrestricted Internship is designed for graduates who are done sitting on the sidelines. You will serve alongside a ministry that is actively seeing God move in schools, churches, and communities across the region. You will grow spiritually through discipleship, worship, and prayer. You will develop practically through leadership opportunities, team environments, and real ministry experience. And you will be sent out equipped and activated to pursue whatever God has next for your life.
This is a part-time commitment with a full-time impact.

This internship is built for leaders who want more. You feel a call to step into ministry and grow as a leader for your generation, but you still want to work full-time or go to school full-time. This internship is for you. That said, we want to be upfront about what commitment looks like before you apply.
One Day a Week
Every Monday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Mornings are hands-on practical ministry and leadership. Afternoons are dedicated to spiritual formation where you will be personally poured into in your relationship with Jesus.
Evening Gatherings
You will be expected to attend our evening gatherings at schools and churches across the region, roughly 14 events between September and May.
This is where you will get a large part of your hands-on practical experience. We understand life happens and if something comes up we just ask that you communicate with us. But when you commit to the internship, you are committing to these events.
